These introductory parenting sessions (2 hours each with 15 minutes question time) are offered to parents at schools or day-care centres who are generally coping with parenting but want some further proven strategies to assist them. These sessions are typically held in particular age groups (Ages 2- 5; Prep – Year 2; Year 3 – 6).

Helping your child or teen become confident and capable at school
This 90 minute session assists parents with proven short and longer-term strategies to help their child develop confidence and cope better with school. We discuss homework, motivation and day-to-day school life. These sessions are typically held in particular age groups (Junior School; Middle School; Senior School).
Helping your sensitive child
This 90 minute session assists parents with proven short and longer-term strategies to help their sensitive child develop confidence and cope better with the typical expectations of life.
Assisting young adults turn into fully functioning adults
This 1¼ hour workshop offers parents some strategies to assist them have a harmonious relationship with adult children living in their home without anyone compromising their quality of life.
Professional Development sessions for schools
A range of sessions designed to help schools work effectively in a changed parenting environment to ensure the resilience and wellbeing of students, parents, and teachers. Sessions can include sessions on modern parenting, and specific sessions to assist teachers and/or executive staff. This three-hour session (1 three-hour session or 3 one-hour lunchtime sessions) looks at improving well-being at work by encouraging personal motivation, reducing unnecessary worry and improving employees coping with stress.

This one-hour session discusses proven ways that individuals in organizations can improve their well being when dealing with stressful situations by altering their approach to work and the way they process workplace events.
